Responsibilities
- Oversee daily warehouse operations and staff scheduling
- Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols and OSHA standards
- Coordinate inventory management and cycle counting processes
- Train and mentor new warehouse team members
- Maintain accurate documentation of shipments and inventory
- Optimize warehouse layout for maximum efficiency
- Collaborate with transportation teams for seamless logistics
Qualifications
- No prior warehouse experience required
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy (MS Office Suite)
- Valid Hawaii driver's license preferred
- Ability to pass background check and drug screening
