Responsibilities
- Supervise 10-15 warehouse staff daily, including scheduling and performance coaching
- Implement and maintain OSHA safety standards and best practices
- Manage inventory control systems, including cycle counts and audits
- Optimize warehouse layout and workflows for maximum efficiency
- Train new hires on equipment operation (forklift, pallet jacks, etc.)
- Coordinate with logistics team for inbound/outbound shipments
- Prepare daily/weekly reports on productivity and operational metrics
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree preferred
- 1-2 years supervisory or leadership experience
- Basic knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS)
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- OSHA 10-hour certification (training provided)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
