Responsibilities
- Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, picking, packing, and shipping
- Lead and mentor 10-15 team members in a fast-paced fulfillment environment
- Implement and enforce safety protocols to maintain OSHA compliance
- Optimize inventory accuracy through cycle counts and system audits
- Drive efficiency improvements using lean methodologies
- Coordinate cross-functional logistics activities with transportation teams
- Generate performance reports and KPI tracking for operational excellence
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred)
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Basic computer proficiency with inventory systems (training provided)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
- Valid North Carolina driver's license (company vehicle provided)
- Pass background check and drug screening
