Responsibilities
- Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, and shipping activities
- Lead and mentor a team of warehouse associates through our structured training program
- Implement and maintain OSHA safety standards and warehouse efficiency protocols
- Manage inventory control systems and conduct regular cycle counts
- Optimize workflow processes to meet productivity targets
- Coordinate with logistics and transportation teams for seamless operations
- Train staff on equipment operation (forklifts, scanners, etc.)
- Generate performance reports and implement improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred)
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy (MS Office, inventory systems)
- Willingness to complete our paid supervisor training program
- Problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Valid driver's license (required for equipment operation training)
- No prior warehouse experience necessary – we train from the ground up!
