Responsibilities
- Lead daily warehouse operations including receiving, picking, packing, and shipping
- Train and supervise 10-15 team members on safety protocols and procedures
- Optimize inventory accuracy and cycle counts using WMS systems
- Implement process improvements to boost efficiency and reduce costs
- Ensure strict OSHA and safety compliance across all operations
- Manage performance metrics and KPIs for productivity and quality
- Coordinate cross-functional teams for seamless workflow execution
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred)
- 1-2 years warehouse or logistics experience (entry-level welcome)
- Valid forklift certification (or willingness to obtain during training)
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Basic knowledge of inventory management systems
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends
- Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail
- Pass background check and drug screening
