Responsibilities
- Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, and shipping
- Train and manage team of warehouse associates using our paid training curriculum
- Implement safety protocols and maintain OSHA compliance
- Optimize inventory control systems and accuracy
- Coordinate with transportation and logistics teams
- Generate performance reports and process improvements
- Resolve operational issues and maintain quality standards
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Ability to complete our 4-week paid training program
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Basic computer proficiency and inventory software knowledge
- Physical ability to stand/walk for extended periods
- Problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Forklift certification training provided (no prior experience needed)
- Valid Florida driver's license preferred
