Responsibilities
- Supervise daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, and shipping activities
- Train and mentor warehouse associates on safety procedures and operational standards
- Implement inventory control systems and conduct regular cycle counts

- Optimize workflow efficiency and resolve operational bottlenecks
- Prepare performance reports and recommend process improvements

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- Strong leadership abilities with excellent communication skills

- Basic computer proficiency and ability to learn warehouse management systems
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
