Responsibilities
- Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, and shipping activities
- Train and lead a team of 8-12 warehouse associates using LEAN methodologies
- Implement and maintain OSHA safety protocols and compliance standards
- Optimize inventory accuracy through cycle counts and system reconciliations
- Coordinate with transportation teams for seamless logistics execution
- Generate performance reports and implement process improvements
- Manage equipment maintenance schedules and for operator safety
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred)
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Basic computer literacy (MS Office, inventory systems)
- Valid Hawaii driver's license (required for forklift certification)
- Excellent communication and team leadership skills
- Willingness to complete paid training program
- Pass background check and drug screening
