Responsibilities
- Oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and shipping inventory with precision and speed.
- Supervise, train, and mentor a diverse team of warehouse staff to maximize productivity and morale.
- Implement and strictly enforce safety protocols to ensure a secure working environment for all employees.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate stock movements to prevent shortages or overstock situations.
- Conduct performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to drive continuous improvement.
- Ensure all shipping and receiving documentation is accurate, complete, and filed in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with management to optimize workflow processes and reduce operational costs.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate degree in Logistics or Supply Chain Management preferred.
- Previous warehouse experience is a plus, but we prioritize attitude and potential for our Paid Training program.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate a team under pressure.
- Physical stamina to lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy and experience with inventory management software (SAP, Oracle, etc.).
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
