Responsibilities
- Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, inventory management, and order fulfillment
- Lead, train, and motivate a team of warehouse staff with remote support capabilities
- Implement and enforce safety protocols to maintain OSHA compliance
- Optimize space utilization and workflow efficiency using WMS software
- Conduct regular audits and maintain accurate inventory records
- Collaborate with logistics team for seamless transportation coordination
- Resolve operational challenges and implement continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse management experience with team leadership
- Proficiency in WMS systems (e.g., Oracle, SAP) and inventory control
- OSHA certification and strong knowledge of safety regulations
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Strong communication skills with remote team coordination experience
- Forklift certification and ability to operate warehouse equipment
- Associate degree in Supply Chain or related field preferred
