Responsibilities
- Supervise 10-15 warehouse staff, including hiring, training, and performance management
- Implement lean inventory management systems to maintain 99.5% accuracy
- Coordinate inbound/outbound logistics with 3PL partners and transportation teams
- Conduct daily safety audits and ensure OSHA compliance
- Optimize warehouse layout for maximum efficiency and cost reduction
- Generate performance reports using WMS software (e.g., Oracle, SAP)
- Collaborate with procurement team on vendor relationships
Qualifications
- 5+ years warehouse/supply chain management experience
- OSHA 30-hour certification or equivalent safety credentials
- Proficiency in WMS systems and Microsoft Office Suite
- Proven track record in inventory control and process improvement
- Strong leadership and conflict resolution skills
- Forklift certification required
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain or related field preferred
