Responsibilities
- Supervise 10-15 warehouse staff daily, ensuring productivity and safety standards
- Manage inventory control using WMS systems with provided barcode scanners
- Coordinate loading/unloading operations with provided heavy machinery
- Implement OSHA compliance protocols using company-provided safety equipment
- Optimize warehouse layout using provided inventory management software
- Train staff on operation of provided material handling equipment
- Conduct performance reviews and team development initiatives
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse supervision experience
- Forklift certification (company provides training if needed)
- Proficiency with inventory management software
- Strong leadership and conflict resolution skills
- OSHA 10 certification preferred (company provides)
- Experience with lean warehouse principles
- Ability to lift 50lbs occasionally (company provides lifting equipment)
