Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, and shipping
- Train and mentor 10-15 team members on safety protocols and efficiency standards
- Implement inventory control systems and conduct regular cycle counts
- Optimize warehouse layout and workflow to maximize productivity
- Ensure compliance with OSHA and company safety regulations
- Manage inventory accuracy and resolve discrepancies
- Collaborate with transportation and purchasing departments
Qualifications
- 3+ years of warehouse/supervisory experience in logistics or manufacturing
- OSHA 30-hour certification or equivalent safety training
- Proficiency in warehouse management systems (e.g., Oracle WMS)
- Strong leadership and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods
- Forklift certification and experience with material handling equipment
- High school diploma; associate degree preferred
