Responsibilities
- Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, inventory management, and order fulfillment
- Lead and mentor a team of 10+ warehouse associates through performance coaching and training
- Implement OSHA safety protocols and ensure compliance with industry regulations
- Optimize warehouse layout and processes to improve productivity and reduce costs
- Manage inventory control systems and conduct regular cycle counts
- Coordinate with transportation teams for seamless dock scheduling and shipping
- Generate performance reports and implement corrective action plans
Qualifications
- 3+ years of warehouse management experience in a distribution center
- OSHA 30-hour certification or equivalent safety training
- Proficient in WMS systems (e.g., Oracle, Manhattan) and inventory software
- Strong leadership skills with proven team development track record
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and operate warehouse equipment (forklift, pallet jack)
- Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
- Valid California driver's license and clean driving record
