Responsibilities
- Lead daily warehouse operations including receiving, inventory management, and order fulfillment
- Supervise and mentor 15+ team members, fostering a culture of safety and productivity
- Implement and optimize warehouse processes using WMS systems
- Conduct regular safety audits and ensure OSHA compliance
- Manage inventory accuracy and resolve discrepancies
- Collaborate with transportation and purchasing departments
- Generate performance reports and implement continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- 3+ years of warehouse/supervisory experience in logistics or manufacturing
- OSHA 30-hour certification or equivalent safety training
- Proficiency with WMS systems (e.g., Oracle, Manhattan Active)
- Strong leadership and conflict resolution skills
- Forklift certification and equipment operation experience
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Associate degree in Supply Chain or related field (preferred)
