Responsibilities
- Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, inventory management, and order fulfillment
- Lead and mentor a team of 15+ warehouse associates through performance coaching and scheduling
- Implement safety protocols and ensure OSHA compliance across all operations
- Optimize warehouse layout and processes to maximize efficiency and reduce costs
- Utilize WMS systems to maintain accurate inventory records and reporting
- Collaborate with transportation and purchasing teams for seamless logistics coordination
- Conduct regular audits and process improvements to drive operational excellence
Qualifications
- 3+ years of warehouse management experience in fast-paced distribution environments
- Proven leadership skills with experience managing cross-functional teams
- Forklift certification and strong knowledge of warehouse safety standards
- Proficiency in warehouse management systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or equivalent)
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret data and implement solutions
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- Associate degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field preferred
- Ability to work flexible shifts including evenings and weekends as needed
