Responsibilities
- Supervise daily warehouse operations including receiving, picking, packing, and shipping
- Train and lead a team of 10-15 warehouse associates
- Implement lean principles to optimize workflow and reduce waste
- Ensure compliance with OSHA and company safety protocols
- Manage inventory control and accuracy within WMS systems
- Resolve operational issues and implement process improvements
- Coordinate with transportation and logistics departments
Qualifications
- 3+ years of warehouse/supervisory experience
- Proficiency in warehouse management systems (WMS)
- OSHA certification or equivalent safety training
- Strong leadership and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods
- Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree preferred
