Responsibilities
- Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, picking, packing, and shipping
- Lead and develop team of 15+ warehouse associates through coaching and performance management
- Implement safety protocols to maintain OSHA compliance and zero-accident record
- Optimize inventory control systems and cycle count processes
- Coordinate with transportation teams for seamless logistics execution
- Drive process improvements using Lean methodologies
- Generate performance reports and operational analytics
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse/supervisory experience in fast-paced environment
- OSHA 30-hour certification or equivalent safety training
- Proficient with WMS systems (e.g., Oracle, Manhattan Active)
- Forklift certification and material handling expertise
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain or related field preferred
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends during peak seasons
