Responsibilities
- Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, and order fulfillment
- Lead, train, and motivate a team of 15+ warehouse associates
- Implement safety protocols and ensure OSHA compliance
- Optimize inventory management systems and processes
- Coordinate cross-functional logistics activities (shipping, receiving, returns)
- Analyze operational metrics and implement continuous improvements
- Manage warehouse equipment maintenance and safety inspections
- Prepare performance reports and key operational metrics
Qualifications
- 3+ years of warehouse supervisory experience in fast-paced environments
- OSHA certification and strong safety management background
- Proficiency in warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory software
- Proven track record in team leadership and performance optimization
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making ability
- Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods
- Forklift certification and experience with warehouse equipment
