Responsibilities
- Lead daily warehouse operations including receiving, picking, packing, and shipping
- Manage 10-15 team members through training, scheduling, and performance reviews
- Implement OSHA compliance protocols and maintain a safe work environment
- Optimize inventory control systems and reduce operational costs
- Coordinate with logistics teams for seamless supply chain integration
- Utilize WMS software to track inventory and generate performance reports
- Resolve operational challenges and implement continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse/supervisory experience in distribution or manufacturing
- Forklift certification and OSHA 30-hour training preferred
- Proficiency with WMS systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
- Strong leadership and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and work in varying temperatures
- Associate degree in logistics or supply chain management (or equivalent experience)
- Excellent problem-solving and data analysis abilities
