Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, and shipping activities
- Implement and enforce safety protocols to maintain OSHA compliance and accident-free operations
- Optimize inventory control systems to minimize discrepancies and maximize efficiency
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to meet daily production and delivery targets
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide coaching to warehouse staff
- Utilize WMS software to monitor inventory levels and report operational metrics
- Resolve operational challenges and implement continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse management experience with team leadership responsibilities
- OSHA 30-hour certification or equivalent safety training
- Proficiency in warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory software
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in fast-paced environments
- Forklift certification and experience with material handling equipment
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field preferred
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities
