Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate daily warehouse activities including receiving, storage, and shipping
- Lead and develop a team of warehouse associates through training and performance management
- Implement and maintain OSHA compliance and safety protocols
- Optimize inventory control procedures and accuracy
- Streamline workflow processes to maximize efficiency and productivity
- Collaborate with logistics team on transportation scheduling and coordination

Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years warehouse supervisory or management experience
- Forklift certification and equipment operation proficiency
- Strong knowledge of inventory management systems (WMS)
