Responsibilities
- Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, inventory management, and order fulfillment
- Lead and motivate a team of 15+ warehouse associates through performance coaching and scheduling
- Implement OSHA safety protocols and maintain compliance with industry regulations
- Optimize warehouse layout and processes to maximize efficiency and reduce costs
- Conduct regular audits and report on KPIs including inventory accuracy and productivity metrics
- Coordinate with transportation teams for seamless dock scheduling and timely shipments
Qualifications
- 3+ years of warehouse management or supervisory experience
- OSHA certification or equivalent safety training
- Proficiency in warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory software
- Strong problem-solving skills with ability to make quick decisions in fast-paced environments
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities with proven team development experience
- Forklift certification and material handling expertise
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred
