Responsibilities
- Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, and order fulfillment
- Lead, train, and motivate a team of warehouse associates
- Enforce safety protocols and maintain OSHA compliance standards
- Optimize inventory management systems and reduce shrinkage
- Coordinate with transportation and logistics teams for seamless operations
- Implement process improvements to boost efficiency and accuracy
- Prepare daily/weekly performance reports for senior management
- Resolve operational challenges and maintain quality control
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse/supervisory experience in fast-paced environments
- OSHA 30-hour certification or equivalent safety training
- Proficiency in WMS (Warehouse Management Systems) and inventory software
- Strong leadership skills with ability to develop diverse teams
- Knowledge of lean principles and continuous improvement methodologies
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Forklift certification and material handling expertise
