Responsibilities
- Manage 15+ warehouse staff, including scheduling and performance coaching
- Oversee inventory control systems and ensure accurate stock counts
- Implement safety protocols and maintain OSHA compliance
- Optimize warehouse layout and operational workflows
- Coordinate with logistics team for seamless shipping/receiving
- Train new hires on equipment and procedures
- Generate performance reports and implement improvement plans
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse management experience required
- Forklift certification and equipment operation expertise
- Strong knowledge of WMS systems (e.g., Oracle, SAP)
- OSHA 30-hour certification preferred
- Proven leadership and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and work in varied temperatures
- Associates degree in Supply Chain or related field
- Experience with cross-functional team coordination
