Responsibilities
- Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, and shipping activities
- Lead, train, and mentor a team of warehouse associates to maximize productivity
- Implement and maintain OSHA safety protocols and compliance standards
- Optimize inventory control systems to ensure accuracy and efficiency
- Coordinate cross-functional logistics with transportation and inventory management teams
- Generate performance reports and implement process improvements
- Manage warehouse equipment maintenance and operational budgets
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years warehouse supervisory experience in fast-paced environments
- OSHA certification and thorough knowledge of safety regulations
- Proficiency in inventory management systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
- Strong leadership and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to operate warehouse equipment (forklift, pallet jack)
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain or related field preferred
- Experience with WMS and warehouse automation technology
