Responsibilities
- Supervise 15+ warehouse staff, ensuring optimal productivity and safety compliance
- Implement and maintain OSHA safety protocols across all warehouse operations
- Optimize inventory management systems and coordinate daily receiving/shipping processes
- Train and develop team members on equipment operation and warehouse procedures
- Analyze operational metrics to implement continuous improvement strategies
- Manage warehouse technology including WMS and RF scanning systems
- Coordinate with transportation teams for seamless logistics flow
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse/supervisory experience in fast-paced environments
- OSHA certification and strong knowledge of safety regulations
- Proficiency in warehouse management systems (WMS) and RF scanning
- Forklift certification and experience operating warehouse equipment
- Strong leadership skills with proven team development experience
- Ability to analyze KPIs and implement process improvements
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred
