Responsibilities
- Supervise 15+ warehouse staff, assigning tasks and ensuring timely completion
- Implement and maintain OSHA safety protocols and compliance standards
- Optimize inventory management systems to minimize errors and maximize throughput
- Coordinate loading/unloading operations with transportation partners
- Conduct regular equipment maintenance checks and report malfunctions
- Generate performance reports and implement process improvements
- Train staff on new procedures and equipment operation
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse/supervisory experience in logistics
- OSHA 30-hour certification or equivalent safety training
- Proficiency in WMS systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
- Forklift certification and heavy equipment operation skills
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and work in varying temperature conditions
- High school diploma; bachelor's degree preferred
