Responsibilities
- Supervise 15+ warehouse staff, assigning daily tasks and ensuring productivity targets are met
- Implement OSHA safety protocols and maintain compliance with all regulations
- Optimize inventory management systems, including cycle counts and stock rotation
- Coordinate inbound/outbound logistics, including loading/unloading and shipment tracking
- Train and develop team members on equipment operation (forklifts, pallet jacks)
- Resolve operational issues and implement process improvements
- Generate performance reports for senior management review
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse/supervisory experience in fast-paced environments
- OSHA certification or equivalent safety training
- Proficient in warehouse management systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
- Strong leadership and conflict resolution skills
- Forklift certification required
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Associate degree in logistics or related field preferred
