Responsibilities
- Supervise daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, and shipping activities
- Lead and train warehouse staff to maintain productivity and safety standards
- Implement inventory control procedures to ensure accurate stock levels
- Monitor equipment maintenance and safety protocols to prevent workplace incidents
- Optimize warehouse layout and workflows for maximum efficiency
- Prepare operational reports and performance metrics for management review
- Coordinate with logistics team to ensure timely order fulfillment
Qualifications
- 3+ years of warehouse or logistics supervisory experience
- OSHA 30-hour certification or equivalent safety training
- Proficiency in warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory software
- Strong leadership and team development skills
- Forklift certification and equipment operation experience
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends as needed
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred
