Responsibilities
- Supervise 15+ warehouse staff, ensuring efficient receiving, picking, packing, and shipping operations
- Implement safety protocols and OSHA compliance to maintain accident-free workplace
- Optimize inventory accuracy through cycle counts and WMS system management
- Drive productivity improvements using lean methodologies and KPI tracking
- Coordinate cross-functional logistics with transportation and procurement teams
- Train and develop staff through performance coaching and skill development programs
- Manage warehouse equipment maintenance and operational budgets
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse management experience with team leadership
- Forklift certification and OSHA safety training credentials
- Proficiency in WMS systems (e.g., Oracle, SAP, or Manhattan Active)
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain or Logistics preferred
- Strong problem-solving skills with data-driven approach
- Excellent communication and conflict resolution abilities
