Responsibilities
- Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, and shipping activities
- Manage and mentor 10-15 team members, ensuring optimal performance and safety compliance
- Implement OSHA standards and maintain a hazard-free work environment
- Optimize inventory control systems and cycle count procedures
- Coordinate with logistics teams for seamless supply chain integration
- Generate performance reports and implement continuous improvement initiatives
- Resolve operational challenges and maintain quality control standards
Qualifications
- 3+ years of warehouse management or supervisory experience
- OSHA certification or equivalent safety training
- Proficiency in warehouse management systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
- Forklift certification and equipment operation expertise
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods
- Excellent communication skills with bilingual Spanish preferred
