Responsibilities
- Supervise 15-20 warehouse staff, including hiring, training, and performance management
- Optimize inventory control processes using WMS systems to maintain 99.5% accuracy
- Enforce OSHA safety protocols and conduct regular equipment inspections
- Coordinate inbound/outbound logistics, including dock scheduling and carrier communication
- Implement lean principles to reduce waste and improve operational efficiency
- Generate daily/weekly reports on KPIs: order accuracy, throughput, and labor utilization
- Manage cross-functional projects with sales, procurement, and transportation teams
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse/supervisory experience with team leadership
- OSHA certification and strong knowledge of safety regulations
- Proficient in WMS systems (e.g., Oracle, SAP) and warehouse automation
- Strong analytical skills with experience interpreting operational metrics
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including early mornings and weekends
- Forklift certification and experience with OSHA-compliant equipment
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field preferred
