Responsibilities
- Supervise daily warehouse operations including receiving, inventory management, and order fulfillment
- Train and lead a team of 10-15 warehouse associates, ensuring safety protocols are followed
- Optimize workflow processes to improve efficiency and reduce operational costs
- Conduct regular inspections and maintain OSHA compliance standards
- Coordinate with transportation teams to ensure timely shipping and receiving
- Implement inventory control systems and conduct cycle counts
- Resolve operational issues and escalate complex matters to senior management
Qualifications
- 3+ years of warehouse supervisory or team leadership experience
- OSHA 30-hour certification or equivalent safety training
- Proficiency in WMS (Warehouse Management Systems) and inventory software
- Forklift certification and material handling expertise
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights and weekends as needed
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred
- Valid North Carolina driver's license
