Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor 15+ warehouse staff, ensuring productivity and safety compliance
- Optimize inventory control systems to maintain 99.5% accuracy
- Coordinate inbound/outbound logistics using WMS software
- Implement OSHA standards and continuous improvement initiatives
- Manage warehouse budget and resource allocation
- Resolve operational bottlenecks and maintain workflow efficiency
- Collaborate with transportation and procurement teams
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse/supervisory experience
- Forklift certification and safety training credentials
- Proficiency in WMS systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar)
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain or related field preferred
- Data-driven performance management experience
- OSHA 30-hour certification required
