Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor 15+ warehouse staff through daily operations
- Optimize workflow efficiency using lean methodologies
- Oversee inventory control and accuracy (99.5%+ target)
- Ensure OSHA compliance and safety protocols
- Coordinate inbound/outbound logistics with carriers
- Implement continuous improvement initiatives
- Generate performance reports for senior leadership
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse/supervisory experience
- Forklift certification (or ability to obtain)
- Strong knowledge of WMS systems (e.g., Oracle, SAP)
- OSHA 30 certification preferred
- Data analysis experience with KPIs
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts/nights
