Responsibilities
- Supervise daily warehouse operations including receiving, picking, packing, and shipping
- Train and mentor warehouse staff on safety protocols and procedures
- Optimize inventory management systems and conduct regular audits
- Ensure compliance with OSHA regulations and company policies

Qualifications
- 3+ years of warehouse management or supervisory experience
- Forklift certification and strong equipment operation skills

- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends if needed
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred
