Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor 10-15 warehouse staff, scheduling shifts and conducting performance reviews
- Optimize inventory management systems to achieve 99.5% accuracy
- Implement OSHA safety protocols and maintain a hazard-free environment
- Coordinate with transportation teams for efficient loading/unloading processes
- Conduct daily operational audits and implement continuous improvement initiatives
- Manage warehouse equipment maintenance and repair scheduling
- Process payroll documentation for direct reports
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse/supervisory experience in fast-paced environments
- OSHA 30-hour certification or equivalent safety training
- Proficiency in WMS systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and Microsoft Office
- Forklift certification and material handling expertise
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights/weekends
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management preferred
