Responsibilities
- Supervise 15-20 warehouse staff, including hiring, training, and performance management
- Ensure efficient order fulfillment, inventory accuracy, and timely shipping
- Implement OSHA safety protocols and maintain compliance standards
- Optimize warehouse layout and workflow for maximum productivity
- Conduct daily operations meetings and coordinate with logistics team
- Resolve operational issues and implement process improvements
- Manage inventory control systems and cycle counts
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse/supervisory experience in fast-paced environment
- OSHA certification and forklift operation skills required
- Strong knowledge of WMS systems and inventory management
- Proven leadership and conflict resolution abilities
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in varying temperatures
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's preferred
- Experience with safety audits and compliance documentation
