Responsibilities
- Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, and shipping
- Manage team of 10+ warehouse associates with performance metrics
- Implement OSHA safety protocols and maintain compliance documentation
- Optimize inventory control systems using WMS software
- Coordinate cross-functional logistics with transportation teams
- Conduct regular equipment inspections and maintenance scheduling
- Resolve operational bottlenecks and process inefficiencies
- Prepare weekly performance reports for senior leadership
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse management experience in logistics/supply chain
- OSHA 30-hour certification required
- Proficiency in WMS systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar)
- Forklift certification and equipment operation expertise
- Strong leadership skills with proven team development track record
- Ability to analyze inventory data and implement process improvements
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- Flexibility to work weekends/holidays during peak seasons
