Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate daily warehouse activities including receiving, inventory management, and order fulfillment
- Lead and mentor a team of warehouse associates, providing training and performance feedback
- Enforce strict safety protocols and OSHA compliance standards
- Optimize warehouse layout and workflows to maximize efficiency and reduce costs
- Monitor inventory accuracy and implement cycle count procedures
- Collaborate with transportation and receiving teams to ensure seamless operations
- Prepare daily reports on productivity, inventory levels, and operational metrics
- Address and resolve operational issues promptly to maintain workflow continuity
Qualifications
- 3+ years of warehouse supervisory or lead experience
- Proficiency in WMS systems and inventory management software
- Strong knowledge of OSHA safety regulations and best practices
- Excellent leadership and team development skills
- Ability to operate warehouse equipment (forklift, pallet jacks, etc.)
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred
- Fluent in English and Spanish (bilingual required)
