Responsibilities
- Supervise 15-20 team members, ensuring efficient order fulfillment and safety compliance
- Optimize warehouse workflows, including receiving, inventory management, and shipping processes
- Implement OSHA standards and maintain a hazard-free work environment
- Conduct performance reviews, training, and mentorship to develop staff capabilities
- Utilize WMS systems to track inventory, reduce shrinkage, and improve accuracy
- Collaborate with logistics teams to meet daily KPIs and client deadlines
- Resolve operational challenges and implement continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse/supervisory experience in fast-paced environments
- OSHA certification or equivalent safety management credentials
- Proficiency with WMS software (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and inventory control systems
- Strong leadership skills with proven team development success
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and work in temperature-controlled environments
