Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise 15+ warehouse staff daily, ensuring productivity and safety standards
- Coordinate receiving, storage, and shipping operations with precision
- Implement and maintain OSHA compliance protocols and safety procedures
- Optimize inventory management systems and cycle count accuracy
- Train and develop staff through continuous coaching and performance feedback
- Analyze operational metrics to drive continuous improvement initiatives
- Manage warehouse equipment maintenance and operational budgets
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse management experience with team leadership
- Forklift certification and equipment operation expertise
- Proficiency in WMS systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle)

- Experience with inventory control and safety compliance
