Responsibilities
- Supervise 15-20 warehouse staff, ensuring efficient daily operations and productivity targets
- Implement safety protocols and OSHA compliance standards across all warehouse activities
- Manage inventory control systems, including cycle counts and reconciliation
- Coordinate with logistics team for seamless inbound/outbound freight handling
- Train and mentor staff on equipment operation (forklifts, pallet jacks, etc.)
- Resolve operational bottlenecks and optimize warehouse workflows
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse management experience in fast-paced environments
- OSHA 10/30 certification or equivalent safety training
- Proficient in WMS systems and inventory management software
- Forklift certification and equipment operation expertise
- Strong leadership skills with proven team development record
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain or related field preferred
