Responsibilities
- Supervise 15-20 warehouse staff including hiring, training, and performance management
- Coordinate inbound/outbound shipments and inventory management systems
- Enforce safety protocols and maintain OSHA compliance standards
- Optimize warehouse layout and operational workflows for maximum efficiency
- Resolve operational issues and implement process improvements
- Generate daily/weekly performance reports for leadership review
- Collaborate with logistics team on transportation scheduling
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse/supervisory experience in logistics/supply chain
- Forklift certification and OSHA 10/30 training preferred
- Proficient in WMS (Warehouse Management Systems) and inventory software
- Strong leadership and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends as needed
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree a plus
- Basic math skills for inventory reconciliation
