Responsibilities
- Supervise 10-15 warehouse staff, assigning tasks and ensuring productivity targets are met
- Oversee inventory management, including cycle counts and stock reconciliation
- Implement and enforce OSHA safety protocols to maintain accident-free operations
- Optimize warehouse layout and material flow for maximum efficiency
- Train and develop team members on equipment operation and best practices
- Coordinate with logistics team for seamless loading/unloading of shipments
- Generate daily/weekly performance reports for operational insights
Qualifications
- 3+ years of warehouse supervision experience in a distribution center
- Forklift certification (OSHA 10-hour certification preferred)
- Strong knowledge of inventory control systems (WMS experience a plus)
- Proven ability to lead teams in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including early mornings and weekends
- High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred)
