Responsibilities
- Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, and shipping
- Train and manage team of 15+ warehouse associates
- Implement OSHA safety protocols and maintain compliance
- Optimize inventory control systems and accuracy
- Coordinate with logistics team for seamless supply chain flow
- Generate performance reports and implement process improvements
- Resolve operational challenges and escalate issues as needed
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse/supervisory experience
- OSHA certification or equivalent safety training
- Proficiency in WMS and inventory management software
- Strong leadership and conflict resolution skills
- Forklift certification required
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights/weekends
- Associate's degree in logistics or related field preferred
- Experience with lean manufacturing principles a plus
