Responsibilities
- Supervise 10-15 warehouse staff daily, assigning tasks and monitoring performance
- Implement OSHA safety standards and conduct regular safety inspections
- Manage inventory control using WMS systems (training provided)
- Optimize warehouse layout and workflow for maximum efficiency
- Train staff on equipment operation (forklifts, pallet jacks, etc.)
- Coordinate with transportation team for seamless logistics operations
- Generate daily/weekly performance reports for leadership review
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (degree preferred)
- 1-2 years warehouse or logistics experience
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Basic computer proficiency (Excel, inventory systems)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Valid Florida driver's license (required for equipment operation)
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
- Willingness to complete paid supervisory training program
