Responsibilities
- Supervise 15+ warehouse staff, ensuring daily productivity and safety compliance
- Implement OSHA standards and maintain accident-free workplace environment
- Coordinate inbound/outbound shipments and inventory management systems
- Train and develop team members on equipment operation and warehouse protocols
- Analyze operational metrics to identify improvement opportunities
- Collaborate with logistics team for seamless supply chain integration
- Manage warehouse budget and resource allocation effectively
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse/supervisory experience in logistics environment
- OSHA 30-hour certification or equivalent safety training
- Proficient in WMS systems (e.g., Oracle, Manhattan Active)
- Forklift certification and heavy equipment operation skills
- Strong leadership abilities with team development experience
- Problem-solving mindset with data-driven decision skills
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's preferred
