Responsibilities
- Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, inventory management, and order fulfillment
- Lead, train, and motivate a team of 15+ warehouse associates with performance metrics
- Implement safety protocols and OSHA compliance standards across all operations
- Optimize workflow efficiency through lean principles and continuous improvement initiatives
- Manage inventory accuracy and cycle counts with WMS systems (e.g., Oracle, SAP)
- Coordinate cross-functional logistics activities with transportation and purchasing teams
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse/supervisory experience in high-volume distribution centers
- Proficiency in WMS systems and inventory management software
- OSHA certification and strong safety compliance background
- Proven leadership skills with ability to develop high-performing teams
- Strong analytical skills for process optimization and problem-solving
- Forklift certification and familiarity with warehouse automation technologies
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field preferred
